The 2 rooms upstairs are open for rent. These rooms share the same bathroom.All utilities are included with the room (water, electricity, heat/ac, internet, cable, Washing machine, trash, etc.)Rent is $400 for each room, and we require a deposit of the 1st months rent ($400). You must stay for a minimum of 3 months and utilities are included. You will also be able to share the living areas of the home and the kitchen, which have hardwood floors. The rooms are unfurnished. No pets. No smoking inside the house.All are welcome, please be laid back, sane, no hard criminal records, and have stable income. call me with the time frame you are looking to move in and tell me about yourself.
